ALL NEW- sewer connection to circa 1930s underground 225mm diameter Sydney Water main 3.7 metres deep, 42 lin. metres of plastic sewer line, 5000 litre plastic underground rainwater tank, 2 no. 6 metres long plastic crate absorption trenches, 40sqm veneer extension with recycled material, 37sqm galvanised steel frame carport, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, electrical wiring, 3no. windows and 2 no.doors, and landscaping. Restoration of wallpapered walls, slate roof, front windows, kauri pine floors, skirtings,external posts and barge board mouldings for a client ( since 1994)

  • 12 no. steps- butchered in the 70s , restored with reproduction terrazzo step treads and authentic english glazed riser tiles @ Coogee

General Information

Domestic building experience since 1978

Contracts administration experience between 1982 and 1988 with major commercial buiding companies, e.g.Leighton, Baulderstone Hornibrook  and Fyna

Just like Rolex gold and stainless steel watches, since 1988 we have  a differentiation strategy in place wherein we seek to distinguish ourselves from our peers through the quality of our products and reliability of our services

Many a client has commended  my "keen eye for detail" regarding my carpentry work

At Strathfield a regular attentive passerby (indeed an older  carpenter) commented the Federation style fence was a "work of art"

Perfection is achievable! In 1995 a customer  commissioned me to work on his new Federation style house in Weils Ave Croydon Park. Working on an hourly $ rate basis I setout on the concrete slab for the brickwork, fitted windows and door frames and builtins, hung doors, fitted locks, installed architraves and skirtings, installed barge boards and external posts, installed ceiling lining boards
